The Management and Supervisory Development diploma program prepares experienced workers for entry into management or supervisory occupations in a variety of businesses and industries. A freight forwarder is an individual or company that dispatches shipments via common carriers and books or otherwise arranges space for those shipments. Common carriers could include waterborne vessels, airplanes, trucks or railroads.
Executive Diploma in Custom Administration and Freight Forwarding has been developed as an effort to comprehensively work swiftly to smooth the process through the maze of regulations and customs in freight company, cutting through the red tape that can delay the cargo.
Malaysian freight forwarding industry is facing inadequate professional workers. Knowledge in custom administration and freight forwarding are specific skills needed by this industry. This course has been developed in order to enhance the knowledge and skills of the workforce in international trade and freight forwarding.
